We deal in both new and used laptops, accessories, and IT equipment. Each product may have different warranty terms depending on the manufacturer or condition. Warranty claims are only valid under the stated conditions at the time of purchase.

Payments must be completed as agreed during billing. Once an order is confirmed and billed, changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Repair services will only begin after customer approval of estimated charges.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of defective or incorrect products, and must meet inspection criteria. Items damaged due to misuse or physical damage are not eligible for return.
